The US <\/span>Securities and Exchange Commission\u2019s<\/span><\/a> (SEC) <\/span>early delay<\/span><\/a> of the <\/span>ARK 21Shares Spot Bitcoin ETF<\/span><\/a> application has raised concerns in the crypto community about what this move might mean for the potential launch of any Spot Bitcoin ETF this year.<\/span><\/p>\n In a <\/span>tweet<\/span><\/a> shared on his X (formerly Twitter) platform, Bloomberg Analyst James Seyffart questioned the SEC\u2019s latest decision and whether or not it \u201cmay put the hammer down for any hopes of an ETF approval this year.\u201d He further quizzed whether this means we could see an imminent delay on some other Spot Bitcoin ETF applications with a deadline <\/span>in October<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\nNo Spot Bitcoin ETF This Year?<\/h2>\n
